The Beta6 brings Atelier Z’s modern Beta platform to a 6-string configuration, combining extended range with performance-focused playability and extensive onboard tonal control.

Built with a Maple neck and Maple fingerboard with 24 frets and an Ash 2-piece body, the Beta6 provides a clear, responsive foundation across all six strings. Its 34" scale maintains a familiar playing feel while offering the extended range and versatility of a 6-string bass.

At the heart of the Beta6 is the Atelier Z AZ-3B 3-band preamp, offering boost and cut control across bass, mid and treble frequencies for a wide range of active tones.

Equipped with Atelier Z JZ-6 pickups, the Beta6 is designed to maintain clarity and definition across its extended range, from the lowest register through to the upper frets.

A removable finger ramp is also included, allowing players to use it according to their preferred playing style or simply remove it when not needed.

Hand-built in Japan, the Beta6 features Gotoh GB528 tuners, Atelier Z’s BB619 bridge and black hardware, combining professional components with the versatility of a modern 6-string platform.
