The Beta4 Custom combines Atelier Z’s modern 4-string design with performance-focused playability and flexible active electronics. This special custom model features a Natural finish with Black Line detailing and black hardware, giving the classic ash body a distinctive contemporary look.

Built with a 2-piece Ash body and Maple neck with Maple fingerboard, the Beta4 features 24 frets for extended access across the full range of the instrument. Its modern construction provides a responsive, comfortable platform for a wide variety of playing styles.

At its core is the Atelier Z AZ-3B 3-band preamp, offering active control over bass, mid and treble frequencies. Combined with the Atelier Z JZ-4 pickups, it provides flexible tone shaping while retaining clarity and definition.

Hand-built in Japan, the Beta4 Custom is equipped with Gotoh GB528 tuners and the Atelier Z BB419 bridge, combining professional hardware with the distinctive specifications of this custom model.
